There are two ways to trade used in Parabara.▶The first method! Parabox trading

- Were the products registered in the Parabara app sold? Wrap it up and place it at your front door, and Parabara will take care of the rest of the transaction.▶Buy with confidence, Parabara management team will help you trade safely!
- Parabara management team members are assigned to each product. If you encounter any problems during used trading, Parabara's management team will help you solve the problem

Q: How is it different from other second-hand markets and second-hand trading sites?
A: Parabara's operation team monitors all used transactions and responds in real time if there is a problem. If you use the simple courier transaction, when the registered item
is sold, if you leave the item in front of the door, the parcel will be sent instead. In addition, it is possible to trade second-hand as fast as lightning without meeting
face-to-face through the Parabox installed in the surrounding area.
Q: I paid for the product, but if the seller does not send the parcel, can I cancel the payment?
A: Carrots. Payment can be canceled at any time before the seller has scheduled a courier pickup. Trade with confidence!
Q: I encountered a problem during second hand trading. How do you do it?
A: Please report the problem to the operation team through the customer center in the Parabara app. We will respond as fast as lightning!
Q: If there is a problem during the transaction, can the seller also get a solution?
A: Carrots! Parabara's operation team strives to judge issues that occur during used trading as fair as possible from both the seller's and buyer's point of view.
Q: Is it possible to trade used cars?
A: Currently, only courier transactions or second-hand transactions using Parabox are available in Parabara. Please wait for the used car transaction later!
Q: Is it possible to directly trade second-hand like other second-hand markets?
A: Parabara aims to be an easy and safe non-face-to-face used trading platform. Please use the easy courier transaction and para box transaction!
● Information on Permissions and Purposes for Using the Parabara App
[Required] Permission to acquire location
In Parabara, to make it easier to know where each Parabox is, I mark my location on a map. I do not separately store or manage my location information.
[Optional] Storage permission - Cell phone storage access permission
In order to register an item for sale in the Parabara app, you need to register at least one photo, which requires storage and phone storage access rights. Even if you do not
allow access to the function and information, you can use the Parabara app.
