* This application is designed to be purchased for each area.
* There is no expiration date for the purchased map (current year version). However, you will need to purchase a new map (new year version) that will be updated in the following
year.
*Even if you change the model to another Android device, you can transfer the purchased maps with the same Google account. Please re-download from the "purchased list" in the
app.
*Maps cannot be transferred between iPhone/Android devices.
★ With the sister app "Mountain and Plateau Map Hodai", you can use the latest maps of all areas for a fixed fee (500 yen/month or 4,800 yen/year). You can also create a

■ Main features
(1) An easy-to-read map with a wealth of mountaineering information
Boasting over 50 years of achievements, the "Mountain and Plateau Map" is No. 1 in terms of information availability and ease of viewing. We will deliver mountaineering
information carefully researched by writers who are familiar with each mountain, such as course times, location of water places, highlights such as alpine plants, conditions of
mountain trails, etc.
② Can be used even outside the service area!
All maps are downloaded in advance and saved in the terminal, so you can use it even in mountains where radio waves do not reach. You can save battery by using airplane
mode.
③ Know your current location!
Using GPS, you can rest assured knowing your position on the map of "Mountain and Plateau Map".
④ Route can be recorded!
The recorded route can be viewed not only within the app, but also sent by e-mail, so you can organize your climbing records on your PC and post them to sites such as
Yamareko.
⑤ All 100 famous mountains in Japan!
All 61 points of "Mountain and Plateau Map" are made into an application. From Hokkaido in the north to Yakushima in the south, about 1,500 famous mountains in Japan, including
all 100 famous mountains in Japan, are recorded.

■ Recorded contents
・The mountain climbing map of the book map "Mountain and Plateau Map" is recorded (surrounding map, information published in the booklet, etc. are not included). Please check
the included map in the product details in the app.
・Considering the ease of viewing and operability on smartphones, we have made modifications such as omitting terrain representation and latitude and longitude lines.

■Supported OS
・4.0 or higher (may not work on some models)
*Android OS 4.0 or less is not supported.
* Cannot be used on models that do not support the Play Store.
(Raku-Raku smartphone, Kindle device, fire device, etc.)
* Devices without GPS cannot display the current location or record the route.
* GPS performance varies greatly depending on the model and OS.
*Since it may not work on some models, we recommend that you check the following after downloading the app and before purchasing the map.
　1 Map display... Download the free map of "Mt. Takao" and check it.
　2 GPS-related... Route recording is possible even outside the map range. Display the map of "Mt. Takao", record the route, send it to your PC, and check if it can be displayed
on Google Earth, etc. If you do it in airplane mode, it will be a test that is close to the environment during climbing. Please refer to the in-app help for instructions on how
to send data to a PC, etc.

■ Notes
・Since the data for each area is large (approximately 10-25MB), we recommend downloading over a Wi-Fi connection.
・The function to record the route in the background consumes a lot of battery. In order to secure a means of contact in case of emergency, we recommend setting to save battery
(see help in the app for how to set).
・Be sure to use it together with a book map in preparation for running out of battery.
・ The timing of the survey of the posted information is described in "Notice/Help" > "Credit" in the app. For some areas, the state before that is also included for
convenience of investigation. In addition, conditions in the mountain climbing area, such as the condition of the mountain trails and the operation of facilities, may change
greatly due to heavy rain, wind and snow, so please judge carefully and act at your own risk. For your safety, please be sure to check the situation at the local office before
hiking.
・Since the posted information is not determined by GPS, it may differ from the actual location. In addition, the accuracy of the position that can be obtained with this
application may decrease due to the surrounding topography. Please do not rely only on the location information of this application, and act by comprehensively judging the
surrounding terrain etc.
