Let us track your favourite artists and send you notification alerts when they release new music on Spotify! Also find out which festivals have the largest number of your
artists in their lineup!
Simply connect your Spotify account and we will scan for the artists that you follow and (optionally) those that you have saved music for. A list of the latest new
releases will then be available in the app, and we will scan and track the festival lineups and find your top festivals based on the number of your artists playing.
We then notify you each day if any of these artists release new music on Spotify and if you have a new top festival, as each day we keep an eye on the festival lineups for
you.
New music releases are optionally added to a playlist which we create within your Spotify account so that you have one easy place to listen to new music. You can set this
option during the initial connection process and change it at any time from the Settings screen.
We sync the artists you follow on Spotify before we check for new releases, so if you have followed new artists then they'll get included when we scan for new releases.
You can also sync your Spotify artists yourself (and scan your saved music while doing this too if you have that option set), as well as manually add artists to the app.
If you don’t want to receive notifications for any of the artists we find then you can just make them inactive.
Please note: you cannot listen to the releases within the app - you do this within Spotify as usual. Also, we do a pretty good job of linking the Spotify artists with the
Festicket artist listings, but recommend that you check the festival lineup before buying tickets.
