We live in a rapidly growing technological environment aimed at making our lives more comfortable, more exciting, and to improve accessibility to information and communication. The SAFMH is a leader in mental health and has expertise in the field. This experience was pooled in developing the Mental Health App, ensuring that it is a valuable tool and support system in improving the lives of those living with mental disorders. The app also serves as an information hub to the understanding of a variety of mental disorders and as a means to equip users with knowledge of their human rights.
