ClearConnect DIALER is a Mobile VoIP dialer application that allows to make VoIP calls from any of the Android devices and it uses 3G/Edge/Wi-Fi Internet connectivity. It
is developed based on the requirements of VoIP Providers business needs.
The main features of this applications are-
Making VoIP calls to supported gsm number and to other sip clients.
Receiving a call from another sip clients.
Sending SMS to gsm numbers of supported countries and to other sip clients.
Top-up to gsm numbers in supported countries.

Read phone state	Allows read only access to phone state.
Internet	Allows to access internet network.
Record audio	Allows to record audio.
Wake lock	Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Receive boot completed	Allows to receive the boot completed notification that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Vibrate	Allows access to the vibrator.
Receive sms	Allows to monitor, record or perform processing on incoming SMS messages.
Send sms	Allows to send SMS messages.
Read sms	Allows to read SMS messages.
Read contacts	Allows to read the user's contacts data.
Write contacts	Allows to write the user's contacts data.
Process outgoing calls	Allows to monitor, modify, or abort outgoing calls.
CALL_PHONE	Allows to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call being placed.
Modify audio settings	Allows to modify global audio settings.
Bluetooth	Allows to to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth admin	Allows to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Broadcast sticky	Allows to broadcast sticky intents.
Access wifi state	Allows to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Access network state	Allows to access information about networks.
Disable keyguard	Allows to disable the keyguard.
