Eos is a support app to help with depression.
Designed to work with your existing mental health professionals (if applicable), Eos is a multi-featured app to help your recovery from mental health difficulties such as
depression and anxiety.
Features:
- Mood tracking, so you know about any consistent particularly bad days (maybe you need to revise what you do on a Tuesday, for example) or even time periods (such as if you
suffer from a Seasonally Affective Disorder).
- Report generation, to allow you to show how you've been with your medical professional and discuss trends in the data or your comments.
- A set of resources whenever you need them.
