The App AVALUES is an application that complements the desktop software AVALUES, with it the information of urban or rural real estate is collected; locate the property on the
map; Create the photo gallery and scan the attached documents. When the process is finished, the information is automatically sent in real time to the AVALUES desktop
software, in which the valuation methods are applied and the report is organized for the end customer. The purpose of the App AVALUES is to reduce data capture times and avoid
double digitization.
