Some numbers may not be accesible from all devices, and may require you to dial from specific type of device or network like a landline for example.

CALL_PHONE - This is required for the ability to dial the number on the screen in case of an emergency. If you are not comfortable granting CALL_PHONE permission, you can still
use the app to view the numbers when needed.
