Maulid Syaroful Anam was written by Al-Imam Syihabuddin Ahmad bin Ali bin Qasim Al-Maliki Al-Bukhari Al-Andalusi Al-Mursi Al-Lakhmi, or better known as Al-Hariri. Although not
as well-known as other Maulid books such as Al-Barzanji, Ad-Diba'i and Simthudduror, the book that we have just mentioned has been adapted from the Maulid Syaroful Anam book,
because this book is the oldest among the Maulid books. next. Even the word Adliyaul Lami' is found in the poems in this book by Imam Al-Hariri.
The reason this maulid is rarely used at maulidan events is because almost half of the maulid book contains poetry. This causes people who want to read it may be confused to
sing or memorize the notation because there are so many poems in it.
Most of our people are unfamiliar with this book because the Majlis Maulid rarely popularizes it. In fact, in several editions such as the Qatar National Library and Menara
Kudus Publisher, this maulid is placed at the very front. Likewise, many do not know that Qosidah Assalamu 'alaik zainal Anbiya', Sholawat Badr, Fi Hubbi Sayyidina Muhammad,
Mahallul Qiyam, Wulidal Habib and Doa Rasul came from here and are an inseparable part of this Maulid Syaroful Anam.
